Afghanistan region Khyber knife, 7 inch blade, 4.5 inch handle, 1.5 inch wide at hilt. Great example of a Khyber knife, with classic shape and T-back for strength stabbing through chain mail armor. one panels with simple circle decoration. Brass guard with decoration and V-notches where it meets blade. Dark wood butt. Good leather sheath. Brass throat on it. All in all an excellent example of the type. Got here for 0 or so. The ones listed are over this in price.This smaller (boy's?) example priced to sell at much less. Cleaning out collection.
